Poor customer service. Poor room conditions (congested and bad odor). Homeless people nuisance around this place. Good Breakfast and good breakfast team. Transportation and area from this hotel is good.

Lage: zentral, direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse, Bahnhof New Street um die Ecke Zimmer: ich hatte ein premier plus Zimmer im 7. OG. Zweckmäßige aber ordentliche Einrichtung. Alles sauber. Ruhig, von der Straße oder dem Bahnhof war nichts zu hören. Lediglich die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche hat ständig geschwankt. Personal: nett und hilfsbereit
