Stayed here with a friend in a twin room. Was lovely and clean and tidy. The bathroom still smelt of bleach was so clean. TV and hairdryer in the room. Beds were comfy. We had a drink in the bar and it was reasonably priced. All the staff we spoke to were super friendly. We walked from the bull ring and it took about 10 minutes. The hotel is near the Mailbox so we went there for food.

Bed comfy, linen clean staff exceptionally helpful. The ac/ cooling in the room was poor, especially when the temperatures outside were at 30 degrees late into the evening, my room was changed the next day but no better, room temperature sat at 25 all night so really uncomfortable. What a little gem of a hotel! We live in Birmingham but wanted a night out without the hassle of getting back home so booked this hotel as it ticked all the boxes: central location, breakfast, good reviews and very reasonably priced. Well it exceeded all our expectations! It definitely rivals other hotel chains of the same calibre. The member of staff on the front desk was helpful and even delivered a garment steamer to our room as we didn’t have an iron. Spotlessly clean hotel and everywhere smelt amazing. Great buffet breakfast too. We parked in the nearby NCP which was £14 for 24 hours. We will definitely be back!
