There was a party in one of the function rooms and one of these people decided it would be funny to run down the corridor banging on room doors waking guests up. We were then woken up again at 6 am by screaming and shouting. Another party guest from the previous night had taken a substance and layed on the grass in the garden outside our bedroom window shouting he had things crawling all over him. Four paramedics and two hotel guest had to help each other to deal with the situation. The hotel wet room for disabled guests had a tiled floor which when wet was slippery and should of been non slip.The doors handles were in poor condition There was rubbish behind the cabinet in the room from the previous occupant .The morning breakfast was ok. Plenty of choice.

Good stay hotel

Having stayed a couple of weeks ago had no hesitation in staying again room was clean had great night sleep breakfast was good a lot to chose from staff very helpful especially young lady on reception overall a good stay and will be back soon so thank you all at the hotel

Comfy and quiet

Room - Comfy and Spacious, no mirror in front of desk for wife to do her make up Hotel Restaurent / Bar lack atmosphere so we just went out for evening meal. Breakfast was fine Staff good

Ok stay for one night

I stayed for work and the bed was comfy and I liked the toiletries and shower. Breakfast was nice. Restaurant in the evening wasn’t great, not a lot of choice and small portions for the price. The servers got the order wrong and took a while. Light coming in the room from the corridor was annoying when trying to sleep.

Easy access from the motor way

The Novotel was lovely. I had an initial issue with my first room and Shakira on the desk very quickly moved me into another room. A better view on the back too. Be aware, if you are over 6ft3 you will struggle with the showers, as my head was just underneath it. Easily access off the motor way. Clean and tidy, with a great size room. Happily stay again.

Great hotel, lovely staff

Lovely hotel, easy reach from motorway. Staff helpful and attentive. Food good and open bar. Lift is a little scary, tight and bumpy.
