Reception staff were really excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. However we were disappointed with dinner in the restaurant as we were expecting a more ambitious menu, rather than 'pub grub' at higher prices. Breakfast was much better. The bar was closed for redecoration so cannot comment on that.

Great location. Room was lovely and comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful as we arrived early and left our luggage in the store until our room was ready. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have that during our stay.

Great location next to the train station. It was a little difficult to order a food delivery to the lobby area as the hotel is accessed via a pedestrian arcade walkway. Beautiful hotel, it felt luxurious to me!
