My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.

We stay here frequently because it’s just the best hotel around for service and quality rooms with a guaranteed great nights sleep Rachel is a credit to lea Marston and she looked after us from check-in to departure . Staff warm and welcoming. Bed comfortable although the bedside lamps didn’t work and wouldn’t be fixed until we had left. Reception, when we called, seemed to be under the impression our room (53) had a thing for the room card to go in to operate - not the case. Bathroom is tired and could do with a make over - the shower head would unscrew from the fitting when trying to change the water pattern.

Fabulous for a brief overnight stay to break our long journey from the South West to the North East. The facilities looked fantastic but sadly didn’t get chance to make full use of these as it was a flying visit for us. Will definitely stay again and hopefully get chance to enjoy the dining and spa experience next time. Good convenient access from M42, the grounds around the hotel were very pretty, the room was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking, pleasant, helpful staff. Everything was perfect for me, the only negative was that my daughter and her toddler prefer a bath, so they were disappointed that it was only a shower.
