Pleasant hotel in good location

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. They kept our bag in safe storage until we could check in. The room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food.

Easy stay for 1 night

Central hotel with no thrills, in the middle of Chinatown. 10min walk from Birmingham New Street. Round the corner from the bull ring & round the corner for coach pick up for Aston Villa events. Bar & restuarant was better than the room, which needs renovating so looking forward to these improvements once completed.

Ibis is a dependable brand, this hotel is well placed for city centre, short walk from New Street station. Decent breakfast.

Perfect for city break

Very good location in center of China Town. Less than 5 minutes walk to the train station and shopping centre. Room nice. Bathroom small but excellent. Great shower and towels.

Couldn't get any worse

So disappointed hve used other Ibis hotels far better.. bed awful stains , slept on top of duvet .. lifts took ages to get to where you wanted to go and breakfast not best bacon like rubber eggs chewy no marmalade orange juice tasted watered down .. The staff were very pleasant which is a shame the rest let the place down .. room key didn't work up and down in lifts to reception..
