Stayed here for 4 nights while attending event at the exhibition centre. Really close to airport, train station and exhibition centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food on offer was good with prompt service. Trains to Birmingham very frequent and easy to navigate. Only issue was water pressure in shower but it worked and room, sheets and towels clean.

Good Stay in the Brum

Had a nice stay. In walking distance to train and rental car drop off. Staff was really nice. Room was super clean. Bed was okay. Bathroom was very small

Very well situated hotel, only a few minutes walk from the airport terminal. Nice bar/restaurant downstairs. Rooms are quite basic, but do the job nicely and the location and price make up for that. I’ve stayed here before and would be happy to do so in the future.

On the positive side it was quiet, but two single beds stuck together is not a double bed! It felt like a cheap student hostel. It is clearly designed for travellers stuck prior or after travelling but it is a disappointing hotel, worth avoiding unless you are desperate,

Paying £300 a night to stay in this hotel is just outrageous. I’m sure the prices go up and down and if you get it a lot cheaper than that then there is nothing wrong with it but rooms are small. Hotel is cramped queues for breakfast queue for dinner. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at that price.

Lovely stay with great choice of breakfast ideal for Birmingham airport or the NEC . Only downside is they don't have parking.

The hotel is a short walk to the airport terminal and very convenient. It is well maintained and clean. We arrived before check-in time and invited to wait in the bar area. However, no food was available until the restaurant opened at 5pm.

Ideal location for Birmingham Airport and NEC friendly and Helpful staff….we had slight problem with bedroom door card reader not working one morning but staff soon called out engineer who soon fixed door card reader …brilliant

Good overall

The overall stay was good. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Had to go to a different hotel for food as they had issues with their kitchen. The other downside was there was a 3 port extension lead just left on the side of a unit with 2/3 things plugged into it which didn’t seem very safe.
