On-site parking with no problems. Sophia at reception was exceptional! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, made us feel very welcome after a long drive. The room was clean and tidy, bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a large variety of breakfast material, may be add some halal and vegetarian options would make it even better.

The room was bigger than I expected. The net curtain rail kept on falling down. I was expecting a smart tv as your Wallsall hotel has a smart tv. When I switched on the tv it said “Welcome to the s*ithole Birmingham” I told a member of staff about that and I have a photo of it. My chips weren’t cooked properly but the rest of my food was actually really nice. Breakfast was very nice. All that being said, I would visit again.
