Pound for pound one of the best value for money hotel rooms in Birmingham. Service from reception staff was excellent. You are close to St Chads metro for easy access to other areas of central Birmingham. I would have appreciated more variety in breakfast, particularly chopped fruits and more variety of fresh fruits (apples there were also not fresh)
