Decent, basic hotel. No complaints and all went well. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but when it's included in the cost can't be too disappointed! It's a bit far from the airport/NEC, but taxis are incredibly cheap.

Best express I’ve stayed at in the UK. Staff breath of fresh air. Check in to check out. Worked so hard in a busy breakfast window and couldn’t do enough - even for those impatient people waiting on clean plates/cups/cutlery when they can see it bursting with people using 2/3 plates etc. Only tiny issue for me was that they ran out of bottled water!

Great staff that are professional and very welcoming. A credit to the business from reception, the bar and the restaurant. Special mention for Akhim as he was ever so helpful and professional. Fast check in, clean property, comfortable beds and clean facilities. Only one thing that the clothes hangers seem to fall off the holders quite easily. Not a problem though, just a suggestion. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good.
