Nice hotel, great location. But the AC wouldn't work for the 3 nights we stay. No maintenance guy available to solve the issue, no additional room to change us, only two fans and open the windows was the solution available....Once you open the windows you can hear all the noise from the street.

We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was our complimentary mini bar had not been restocked after the previous occupancy. This was soon rectified following a call to reception. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold choices.
