Nice clean room but could do with a refurbish. The bed was too hard. Complimentary drinks and nibbles were a nice touch. As was the robe and slippers. Car park is behind the hotel @ £5 per day. Great location for shopping.

We chose it b/c it was right across the street from Birmingham New Street train station - and have no regrets, since it was close to everything else. Had also dinner there, the food was good. The bedroom was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Nice experience overall.
