The location is conviently located 3 - 5 mins from airport, offers a shuttle and have friendly staff. Be sure to call ahead to confirm convinces that you may desire ahead of time. I desired room service and it was not available due to short staffing, also desired ice and there were no iworking ce machines avaible so I had to get it from the bar / lounge area. Lastly, I prepaid for breakfast and food was just so, so. Room was clean with excellent working fridge and microwave. on a scale of 1 - 5, I would give this location 3 due to the cost I paid not matching overall stated convince from property description.

Unfortunately this hotel fills up with people who have nothing better to do than hotbox their rooms and consequently hotbox my room. I was here for a work trip, woke up at 1am to my entire room smelling like weed. I don't care at all if you want to smoke or not, but I can't have my clothes and myself smelling like I just left a pass around with friends when I go to work at 6am. The front desk did move me to another room (very fkn annoying at 1am honestly and I know I was not the nicest) but this issue was prevalent in all spaces - hallways, elevators, etc. To be honest the hotel itself feels damp and musty and I checked out today sick as a dog. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing against them. But no, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to others.

The main problem with our stay was the noise. We booked two rooms for our family and both had clinking and clanking noises throughout the night. It seemed like it was the water pipes or possibly the elevator; however, our daughter’s room was far away from the elevator. There are definitely maintenance issues with this hotel. Staff members were friendly, but for the rates we paid, breakfast should have been included and it wasn’t.

9th floor smelled the dope. No complimentary breakfast. The $16.00 breakfast that was available was the same microwave breakfast I would get for free at a LaQuinta or similar. The restaurant for supper didn't serve full menu just certain items were available. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport.
