The room was very clean and comfortable.. when we arrive the man in reception was very helpful regarding the trams and which one to catch etc.. the security was great that was one of my worries being in a big city like Birmingham.. we enjoyed our stay and was definitely stay again!

Very clean rooms and modern looking, very helpful staff. Breakfast has veriety selection including for children. Very good service and plenty veriety drinks. Their coffee machines are excellent.

The breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were very helpful and nice. I asked for a quiet room away from the lifts, I got a room away from the lifts but a generator was outside the room on the roof so I hardly slept from the noise. A quiet room- should mean a quiet room from all noise. 😴 It was a decent price e paid but I wouldn't stay again. The Hilton are very hit and miss hotels.

The cleanliness was incredible overall, although there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, there was a bit of hair left behind, and it was difficult to tell whether this was from the cleaning process or simply something staff had missed. The breakfast could also do with an upgrade, as there could be a little more variety and improvement in the overall offering. The staff, however, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. One small issue was when our towels were changed. The fresh towels were provided, but the old ones weren’t removed, so we ended up with quite a large number of towels in the room.

The staff were excellent, really helpful. Unfortunately, our room had broken air conditioning so it was extremely hot all night, plus other bits were poorly maintained - the towel rails were loose on the wall and one of the bathroom mirror lights was out. Breakfast was chaotic - the staff found it hard to keep everywhere tidy and replenish the breakfast buffet so it wasn’t a nice experience really

This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Staff are friendly, helpful and diligent. The room has everything that you need and more without it being cramp. The gym is a bonus and breakfast is lovely. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Birmingham
