Stayed here a few times before and it's very convenient for New Street, the city centre and with secure parking in the nearby Mailbox. It's basic but comfortable bed. The nearby Grand Central Kitchen is great for breakfast!

Delivered well above the price point... Location was excellent but hadn't stayed in this chain for expected cheap and cheerful, bare minimum and functional but received a warm and friendly welcome, room was clean and tidy and just what we needed for one night

Easy Birmingham stay to watch All England Badminto

Nice pleasant check-in (sorry can't remember the name of the lady) Comfy bed, hot shower. A bit of noise at night but we were close to bars. Violeta on checkout was very efficient and polite

Check in was very good and the staff, a young lady, was great. Got us extra pillows quickly and was extremely nice about it. Room was small but it was perfect for what we needed.

Excellent budget hotel. Spotless and very helpful staff. Had to ask for an extra towel, had only been left one for two of us, however was fetched with no issue. Perfect location as we arriv d by train and went to the Alexandra theatre - all within a five min walk.
