Elaine on reception was absolutely amazing, very kind helpful and just a nice person. Would deffo come back to this hotel. Food was beautiful and really enjoyed the Jacuzzi etc. Very clean big rooms. Huge bed , very comfortable night sleep.

Pleasant stay

Nice hotel in Solihull, just opposite lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Polite staff, good breakfast. Far more pleasant and better value than the airport hotels and only 10 mins from Birmingham airport.
