Excellant hotel for the money I would recommend anybody to come here and stay beautiful.Welcome, thank you, Donna.In reception, dietary needs catered for excellent service. No air conditioning, however, provided a fan but not needed. The weekend we stayed cooler weather conditions. The room was spacious, clean. No fault with this hotel would come back again. Thank you.

The restaurant was nice. Some staff were nice. Having no air conditioning during summer months make it very unpleasant and unhealthy to stay in rooms. There was also a wedding one night with people shouting outside the property until 1 AM. It was really bad as we could not sleep at all with the noise and heat inside room. I would never stay here again when visiting relatives in England. Time for change Copthorne.

This has become like our local. We love the hotel, it’s close to the shopping centre, lovely little area, good for children and peaceful. The only issue we found is the mattress was heavily stained, they could do with looking at these as the cleaners would notice this when making the bed and don’t pick up on it. Other than that, we still enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were relatively clean, bit dusty in places and the bathroom mate was a bit grubby. The swimming facilities although a little dated were fine and clean. Staff were all lovely especially Phyllis who was particularly delightful on the front desk, always smiling and ready to help. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!
