It was good as it had free car park. Bad things had no WiFi available or own mobile data wasn’t working. The bed was shaking and keeps moving . Was in the middle of nowhere! Had no breakfast service either . No tv

Good points: Plenty of parking, Large rooms, Linen and towels provided, free toiletries. The cleaner was lovely and super helpful. Blackout curtains in rooms. Bad points: Facilities are NOT as advertised. No restaurant or bar, No WiFi, Not all rooms have TV & No pillow menu. Only 2 members of staff were helpful, No housekeeping during stay, decoration is very dated. Main reception is not manned 24hours and difficult to contact anyone on the emergency numbers. Windows dont open wide enough in hot weather. Totally unresponsive to communication during a stay and unwilling to discuss not providing advertised services.

Room was pretty big with a wardrobe and the location was perfect since it is located close to the motorway exit. Parking spaces were there. We had a kettle jug/ coffee/tea/milk and sugar in the room. Bed was okay and we there were towels and hand towels as well. There were two hand wash bottles inside the bathroom and I believe it can be cleaned a little bit more. 2 bed side cupboards were dusty. Wifi is not available and the receptionist mentioned that they removed the TV and they mentioned it in the website. Restaurants were closed. Okay for the price we paid.

It was perfect for what we needed , just an overnight stop for a cheer competition we were going to . Maybe the tv could do with sorting as it had 2 lines down it , but other than that nice comfortable stay .

Another stay.

I’m up in Coventry almost every other week and I always stay here! The service is consistent. It’s clean and the rooms are a good size. I will always recommend this hotel.
