Great property. The majority of the areas are4modern and well maintained. I got a free upgrade to a junior suite which was very nice indeed. The bar and restaurant were both lovely. It is an expensive hotel but I feel worth it. Lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel

Not worth the money

Hotel fine but not worth the price. Paid £200 for a superior room. No water provided. When asked at reception for water I was instructed to use vending machine if I wanted any. Cars parked right outside window.

I had a great stay here. The room was comfortable. The spa facilities were good and i was impressed that hotel guests could join the fitness classes too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection

Nice property/Location

Despite having to wait for someone to show up at the reception desk for like 10 mins, quite understandable having realized this place was hoppin' with a wedding and some other function going on. Property was clean and had a comfortable stay, bar staff very friendly and served late. Breakfast was good, parking free albeit this night it was tough to find a spot

Lovely Grounds. Breakfast was a good selection, but breakfast room is too small and too confined. Bedroom was lovely, modern decor, but mattress was terribly soft and worn down, very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and polite, but there is a very sombre atmosphere about the place. Someone tried to the handle of our bedroom 3 times within the space of an hour between 2am and 3am! My charge from Expedia was £100 than the itinerary that I was emailed from Moor Hall direct!!??

Very Disappointing

My trip was very disappointing, On arrival it was hard to find a parking space. I chose this hotel as it was a spa hotel, upon arrival i was informed that the spa was out of service for the next 2 days which was disappointing. The shower head in my room was leaking as was the sink tap, I found a can of hair products on the chair in my room and the TV was on a table where you could only see half the screen from the bed. For a premier hotel that is charging premium rates I expect so much more.

Birmingham business trip

Stayed many times very nice location. However receptionist on the morning of checkout was not very helpful. I requested a late check out for 12.30. She refused the request also didn’t make any attempt to satisfy the request. Just stated check out at 11 and someone had requested my room. I don’t believe this as check in is not until 2pm spoilt my impression of this hotel

Great location, reception were friendly and helpful on arrival and the room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was really nice, but too chilly to stay and lounge. Reception there was a little abrupt and overheard staff discussing "that Asian bloke who was here" which was distasteful. Refused a dining table at first on the Sun evening, went to reception and they were happy to book us on for 8pm? Meal was good but then had somebody else's coffees on our bill. Second night pre-booked, again great food, but incorrect drink served then server was snippy when I politely requested some lime or lemon in my G&T - not necessary behaviour really. Despite those small things and the GBNews set as the default TV Channel (??), we had a lovely relaxing stay and would recommend it to others.

Stay was a short business trip. The staff are friendly but it almost seems robotic. Room was not cleaned very well. There was no shower gel the first morning so i removed the top of bottle and left it in the bath to show it needed replaced. It was still there when i came back so i can assume the bath/shower hasn't cleaned. Went ot irder room service and that wasn't available so I was booked into the restaurant which was a carvery. Food was fine.

No air conditioner,in tge hotel?! Had to ask for the fan, no bottle of water, we had to buy tinny bottle of water for room, no fridge, tiniest room for double bed,in the garden table are all dirty food in the floor all afternoon and evening.for what i paid didnt worth at all.
