Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from . We did manage to use leisure facilities that morning up untill 12pm.

3rd time of staying here, 2nd time I couldn’t have a warm shower in the morning. Rooms do need updating, however very clean. Staff friendly on the whole, however uninterested when I complained about the shower. Food was great in the bar, good atmosphere, and recently refurbished.

Room 319- Staff nice room was clean. However I was surprised we had a skylight, and not a window. There was an automatic window cover, which was fine. Was a bit windy this night and there was a constant noise like a tile lifting or something tapping on the roof, which kept walking us up. Otherwise all good. Didn’t use restaurant or bar, so can’t comment, but they looked very nice. Parking no issue, it is £5 if you book through external site, Expedia etc but it does state this when you book.

The room was a little run down, cracks on walls. Bathroom was mouldy between tiles, pillows were very soft and you could the pipes banging due to heating or hot water. The main hotel facilities were very good but vault 52 was closed due to refurbishment which I couldn’t see on hotel details and had to pay for parking
