This is a property tucked away from the noise and traffic of a convenient main thoroughfare in Birmingham. The family run business is beautifully run. My room was clean with a beautiful view. The pool was a lovely surprise on a very hot day. The breakfast was lovely.

The staff was very courteous and the property was very clean! The only issue I had was the wi-fi. Where the hotel is at, I didn't get a good signal on my phone so I was needing to use the wi-fi. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Other than that everything was wonderful!

This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama.

Check in was fast and efficient. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Room, bathroom and common areas were clean. Had an issue with the shower head but it was promptly resolved. I asked for a different hair dryer as mine was inoperable but I didn't receive that. I'm sure they got busy and forgot about it and I didn't ask a second time. Property is showing its age but still not bad. The property is in a quiet and safe area. The room was quiet. Did not have breakfast but many people were. Great property for the price and I would stay here again.
