The unit we were assigned did not reflect the pictures on the listing. None of the mentioned amenities were provided only a small coffee pot and microwave. No bathroom room linens were provided. The WiFi didn’t work. The electric door lock didn’t work so when we finally got it open we had to leave the door unlocked and propped open every time we left the property. The unit was located down a steep hill on the backside of the main unit. The path leading to it was steep and dangerous including loose rocks, bricks and tree limbs. It also served as the rain water runoff for the property so when the storms came through Saturday night we had to wade through ankle deep water down this treacherous path leading to the back of the unit. The kicker is there was also zero lighting for this path. We had to use our phone lights to get around after dark. We called numerous times with our issues and they answered the phone but never followed up and their official email response was “we’re sorry you had a bad experience, we strive to provide a positive experience for our guests.” I would recommend never renting anything from these people as they truly don’t care what type of service they offer. That unit should have never been rented out, it was trash not fit for human use.
