Staff was very helpful and the property was very clean with a great big park in front for walking. The highlight of our stay was the fully proper English breakfast was unreal with fresh raspberries and other fruits. Thank you

The reception on arrival was excellent, in fact the reception lady on our visit was the owner who was extremely polite and helpful. The other staff who took over reception and attended the bar was also extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything needed, coffee/tea, large TV, comfy bed and good ensuite. The room also had a nice park view. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice and again cooked and served by a very pleasant lady. The car park is huge and gated at night so absolutely no problem with parking and security . There is some renovation going on to update some of the hotel but while we were there this didn't affect us at all. We will stay there again next time we visit Wolverhampton.

Host was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and everything you could possibley want - we didn't have an evening meal but was advised that we would need to pre-order on the day of arrival due to ongoing redecoration works in the hotel. Plenty of parking to the rear of the hotel. Overall an excellent stay.
