It was dinner time so we went down to get a meal and was told that food was t served after 7.30 , although the information in the room said we could get room service until 9pm. “Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst carrying things from the car to the hotel in the rain, we had lost a teddy and blanket in the car park. Not only did someone kindly hand them in, but the hotel staff cleaned them as well. So kind.”

“Brilliant stay! Our room (family room) was lovely and spacious with lots of storage. The swimming pool was a great little pool with a toddler splash pool too, and great showers. Little sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a nice extra, and the staff at the leisure club were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of options - everything you need. Also loved how easy it was to access York on the buses.”
