⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren nun bereits zum wiederholten Mal im **Mariandl am Meer in Prora** – und haben uns auch dieses Mal vom ersten Moment an wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Apartments sind wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet, gemütlich und mit allem versehen, was man für entspannte Tage auf Rügen braucht. Für uns ist das Mariandl inzwischen definitiv ein Ort, an den wir immer wieder gerne zurückkommen. Was für uns aber mindestens genauso dazugehört wie die tolle Ausstattung und die Lage, sind die Menschen dort. Besonders mögen wir die kurzen, unkomplizierten Schnacks mit den Servicemitarbeiterinnen. Immer freundlich, herzlich und persönlich – und gerne auch mal verbunden mit einem Tipp, was man auf Rügen unternehmen oder entdecken kann. Gerade der Austausch über Ausflugsziele **abseits der klassischen touristischen Attraktionen** ist für uns jedes Mal besonders schön. So lernt man die Insel auch nach mehreren Aufenthalten immer wieder von einer neuen Seite kennen. Genau diese Mischung aus schöner Unterkunft, Wohlfühlatmosphäre und persönlichen Begegnungen macht das Mariandl am Meer für uns aus. Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr wohlgefühlt und sagen: **Bis zum nächsten Mal – denn das kommt ganz bestimmt!** 😊

Das Mariandl will kein Hotel sein, sieht aber so aus. Das Apartment war neu, sauber unglaublich gut eingerichtet. Leider war der Empfang nicht besonders freundlich und leider eher unaufmerksam. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, leider war nur für 2 Menschen Bettwäsche da. Haben das am Empfang angesprochen, keine Entschuldigung, kam mir eher so vor als wäre das öfter vorkommen. Das Haus ist modern saniert und das Design ist nicht schlecht, das Berg Thema an der Ostseeküste ist Geschmackssache. Pool war sauber und ausreichend für Kinder. Leider nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Rezeption ist nicht durchgängig besetzt.

Wir kommen wieder! Wunderschönes Hotel, für jung und alt — egal ob mit Freunden, als Paar oder Familie. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. - modernes, sauberes Apartment - Pool und Spa-Bereich - Lage direkt am Strand - beim Essen ist für jeden etwas dabei, eine absolute 10/10 (sind sonst recht wählerisch) - 1. OG ein traumhafter Spielbereich für große und kleine Kinder - Rooftopbar mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick über Prora und die Ostsee

Wir hatten 3 wundervolle und erholsame Tage. Das Apartment war groß , sauber und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Ostsee hat man direkt vor der Nase. Auf dem Rooftop hat man eine tolle Aussicht mit einer sehr gemütlichen Lounge. Vorhanden war ein Billardtisch und ein Dartspiel, welches wir lediglich bis 21 Uhr nutzen durften. In der Küche war soweit alles an Kochgeschirr -und Essgeschirr vorhanden . Für den Einkauf musste man keine 5 min bis zu Edeka gehen. Der Spa Bereich war Hygienisch und Sauber aber ab 20 Uhr nicht mehr zugänglich. Extra Handtücher bekommt man gegen eine Gebühr . Es war eine tolle Auszeit für unsere Familie. Wir würden wieder ins Mariandl kommen.

Das Zimmer und der gesamte Hotelbereich ist super. Alles modern und mit Chic gemacht. Der Poolbereich war ein Traum, insbesondere, wenn man morgens den Außenbereich genutzt hat. Weniger toll war, dass das eigene Restaurant sonntags und montags Ruhetag hat. Dies vor allem, weil drum herum fasst nichts ist, wo man essen gehen könnte. Man muss dann halt mit dem Bus nach Binz fahren. - Das geht tatsächlich problemlos. Das Hotel ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Stille ferie

Vores ophold var godt. Vi havde et dejligt bvltelse, som var fint og velholdt. Altan over poolen. Fint udrustet køkken. Vi manglede intet. Restauranten er hyggelig, og har dejlig mad. Spaen på 1.sal var hyggelig - men vær forberdet på, at den vender ud mod poolen, og fx massage kan blive en varm fornøjelse pga lukkede vinduer Behandleren var dygtig, og fav vidunderlig massage.

Fantastiskt ställe ren och snyggt. Historiskt intressant. Finns mycket att se och göra. Det enda minuset är att personalen är dålig på engelska. Svårt att göra sig förstådd om man inte kan tyska. Sen blev vi otrevligt bemötta när vi bokade av en middagsresevering som vi bokade 2 timmar tidigare. Onödigt att reagera så från personalen. Vi hade små barn ochfick tid först 2030.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Mariandl bietet eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Selbstverpflegung vor Ort ist durch den Supermarkt in der Nähe sichergestellt. Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für unser Elektroauto hätte ich mir eine Ladestation gewünscht. Außerdem hätte ich mir noch ausführlichere Informationen zu den Angeboten beziehungsweise Öffnungszeiten im Haus gewünscht. Andere Häuser haben ganze Mappen, hier musste ein DIN-A vier Zettel reichen. Dies kann ja auch gern per QR-Code erfolgen.

Enttäuschendes Hotel – entspricht in keiner Weise

Leider kein Luxus – enttäuschendes Gesamterlebnis Wir haben vier Nächte im Zimmer „Gipfel Alm“ verbracht. Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Online-Beschreibung und das Preis XXL Niveau geweckt wurden. Der Check-in war unorganisiert, die Online-Daten waren nicht gespeichert. Das Zimmer war auf zwei Etagen verteilt, was unpraktisch war. Die Schlafräume im Untergeschoss waren sehr klein, mit harten Betten (140 cm breit) und erinnerten eher an eine Jugendherberge. Die Zimmerausstattung war teilweise irreführend beschrieben (z. B. „massiver Eichenboden“, tatsächlich Kunststoff). Balkone waren schmutzig, der Wohnbereich hatte einen kleinen Fernseher ohne HD. Die Dachterrasse war mit unbequemen Möbeln ausgestattet. Besonders negativ fiel das unfreundliche Personal auf. Abends funktionierte unser Zugang nicht, die Rezeption war bereits geschlossen. Erst nach langer Wartezeit und mehreren Anrufen konnten wir mit Hilfe des Notdienstes ins Zimmer zurückkehren. Frühstück war enttäuschend und den Preis von 17,50 € p. P. nicht wert. Pool und Frühstück stehen erst ab 9 bzw. 8 Uhr zur Verfügung – beides zu spät. Das gesamte Hotel war laut, besonders durch viele Kinder im Eingangs- und Poolbereich. Beim Check-out wurde eine Entschädigung von nur 25 € angeboten, was dem Ausmaß der Probleme nicht gerecht wurde. Das Hotel wird als gehobenes Haus vermarktet, entspricht aber eher einem Hostel. Wer Ruhe, Service und Komfort sucht, sollte diese Hotel meiden.
