Heaven place

Very nice and cozy flat. The flat was bigger than we expected, in a quiet street, some minutes away (at walking distance) from a beautiful beach. A very nice place ! I clearly recommend it !

We had very good weather, place is close to beach and area has a very long path to walk between the beach and hotels. A lot of places to eat, close to all the things to see, treetopwalking is a must, dogs are not allowed eventhough its possible and easy to get around. Kingschair is a almost 3 km walk throuh the forest and back again, i would consider møns klint a better place, but the walk in the wood was cousy, however Rügen and the hotel is a place we are likely to visit again

Wärmstes Wochende, Rolläden von zwei Fenstern mit unterschiedlichen Fehlern defekt. Hausmeister war nicht in der Lage Fehler zu beheben. Dank Sonneneinstrahlung war es im Zimmer wärmer wie draußen. Rezeption bot an, zusätzlichen Lüfter aufzustellen. Nur der Lüfter war abends nicht da, nächsten Tag nochmalige Vorsprache an der Rezeption, und wieder fehlte Abends der Lüfter. An Schlaf war bei der Hitze im Zimmer nicht zu denken. Insgesamt lässt der Wartungszustand zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige, was verbesserungswürdig wäre, ist die Anordnung des Frühstücksbuffets. Die Auswahl ist gut, aber täglich das selbe. Außerdem ist das Buffet etwas unlogisch angeordnet. Wir mussten sehr viel suchen. Aber ansonsten wirklich top und wir würden wieder kommen.

Hyggelig sted

Fint og godt hotel. Rent og pænt på værelset. Lækker beliggenhed ned mod strandpromenaden. Stille område med masser af hoteller/restauranter langs strandpromenaden. Minus: AirCon virkede desværre ikke (eller var ikke slået til) så der var meget varmt på værelset. Vi havde et toilet som blev ved med at løbe, selv efter noglehavde kigget på det. Der var heldigvis ret lydtæt til badeværelset, så vi kunne sagtens sove fra der.

Binz ist unser Herzensort und wir lieben es sehr. Wir waren wieder einmal in der Arkona Strandresidenz ( 2017 das erste Mal ) und dieses Mal waren wir in einem sehr abgewohnten Zimmer. Duschkabine muss dringend gewechselt werden und in den Fliesenfugen bildet sich Schimmel. Das Bett hat im unteren Bereich extrem viele Flecken und das Sofa hatte seine besten Tage. Die vergebenen Sterne sind überholt. Frühstücksbuffet ist mega und das Personal super nett. Im Großen und Ganzen war es wieder sehr schön und wir kommen auch wieder.

Wir hatten zu zweit ein geräumiges Studio mit Küchenzeile für drei Nächte und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eigene Tiefgarage vorhanden, die E-Bikes konnten wir dort laden. Frühstück wird im Hotel angeboten mit großer Auswahl, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gebäude ist zweiter Reihe zum tollen Strand gelegen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

solides Hotel mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Schöne Größe, für Single-Reisende perfekt ✌ Ich hatte ein Studio mit Balkon in der 1. Etage, Blick auf die Straße. Morgens gibt es hier Lieferverkehr, nicht so praktisch für Langschläfer. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht wirklich, trotz Einstellung auf knapp 12 Grad, waren es safe 20. Leider gab es den ganzen Tag über keinen Room Service und Reinigung, trotz meiner Bitte. Die Reaktion an der Rezeption war nur ‚oh'. Das ist schwach. Frühstück und Rezeption sind im Hotel gegenüber. Frühstücksräume gibt es mehrere, alle sehr groß und laut. Hat zum Teil für mich Bahnhofshallen-Charakter. Müsste man baulich vielleicht etwas entzerren, damit es gemütlicher und vor allem entspannter wirkt. Frühstück ging daher aber recht schnell :) Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet, für mehrere Tage für mich keine Alternative. Achtung: Check In Zeit erst 16 Uhr! Sollte man ggf. einplanen.

Trevlig vistelse i Binz

Trevligt boende i en rymlig studio/lägenhet. Tyvärr fick vi ingen uteplats eller balkong. Städning under all kritik, med tanke på all sand som kom med från stranden. Såg att det stod att det bara skulle städas och bytas handdukar en gång under vistelsen. Vi bodde i en vecka, så hade uppskattat att få lite bättre städning. Incheckning sker på hotellet Arkona. Stort utbud på frukostbuffén, bra service på personalen på stora hotellet Arkona där vi åt frukosten och kunde utnyttja alla faciliteter som de erbjöd. Trevlig liten spa-avdelning med bassäng, bubbelpool och olika slags bastu. Serverades citronvatten, te och frukt. Besökte baren på hotell Arkona, bra service och musikunderhållning. Tyckte läget vid strandpromenaden var perfekt, många restauranger att besöka inom närområdet. Inga problem att få bord fast vi inte hade reserverat något. Kan varmt rekommendera Binzsom resmål och Arkona som boende

Die Unterkunft war super. Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption nicht so toll es war ein Chaos haben lange gesucht bis sie meine Zahlung gefunden haben. Konnten sich auch nicht sehr gut verständigen.
