Relaxing stay for mother and daughter

Amazing stay, friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful environments, especially the restaurant area close to the water. Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager.

Everything is excellent, we have enjoyed our stay as we like the quietness and the friendly staffs. It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal. The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. I will give them a thumbs up. Overall, it’s a great trip.

Bintan Exotica provides a unique experience as it feels that you are getting a more real feel of Bintan from the coastline which is lined with mangrove plants to the rooms to the views of the fishing boats nearby. The food is also wonderful, particularly pleased to have a choice of Indonesian lunch and dinner options so a big thanks to the chef. But it is the staff who make the stay even more enjoyable with their smiles and all-round great customer service. I wanted to just chill and completely relax after a long flight from the UK and my time at Bintan Exotica allowed me to do that.

Das Resort ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. Das Petsonal ist extrem freundlich und die Auswahl für Speisen sehr groß, auch für Vegetarier. Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Das Einzige, was mich wirklich gestört hat sind die armen 3 Hasen in ihrem kleinen Käfig und die arme Schildkörte, die im Brunnen den ganzen Tag im Kreis schwimmt :-( Arme Tiere
