Personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et sympathique. Cependant la chambre n'était pas très très propre quand on est arrivé et n'a pas été nettoyée pendant notre séjour (lit bâclé et pas d'aspirateur). Et la douche n'était pas très chaude, même plutôt tiède... Il manque un peu d'équipements pour un 3* (bouilloire par exemple). De plus, il nous a été facturé 12€/chien/nuit pour un service qui ne les vaut pas.

Pas de spa le dimanche et sûr le site c'est pas marqué et en plus il est payant. Plus de restauration pas de bouilloire dans la chambre 90e la nuit. Je suis très déçue et ne reviendra jamais et je ne le conseille pas non plus. Il y'a d autres hôtels mieux dans la région moins chère plus accueillant et plus de services.

Hôtel correct avec spa très cher

Hôtel convenable, chambres spacieuses et plutôt propres (légère odeur de moquette peu entretenue), grande salle d'eau. Bon petit déjeuner, sans fioriture mais complet. Je regrette que la piscine / spa soit en supplément (ce qui devrait être clairement indiqué par Hotels.com), et relativement cher (de mémoire 25 euros par personne !! tarif 2024). Ces deux petits désagréments m'ont déçus et expliquent ma note moyenne.

Accueil agréable et serviable . Spa au top , 1h30 au lieu de une heure Pour les 4 propositions serait plus confortable ! Petit bémol pour la literie trop ferme , le papier toilette trop fin .. et une petite bouteille d eau pour un couple et deux nuits est un peu juste !!
