The staff at this hotel were great—friendly and helpful! No complaints about them! However the cleanliness of my $385 room is another story. There were stains on the rug and bathroom wall; mold in the bathtub—that seemed to be there forever; a hole in the bathroom door—which lookied like someone kicked it there from the inside; and the worst: baby cockroaches were in the bathroom!

The room was clean, amenities all in working order, breakfast was very good. Staff was accommodating. The carpeting is dated, dark, which even if a place is clean, makes the overall appearance uninviting.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Room was not clean. Found rolled up foil wraps on the floor. Extremely dusty windows. Went down to the reception but the staff working couldn’t accommodate as they were fully booked. Stayed three nights despite the conditions as I was there for my daughter’s school. The gym is equally dirty with the water dispenser broken. They don’t provide cleaning wipes so keep that in mind. The bed was comfortable though.

The room was pretty beat up in terms of fixtures paint and musty smell. But the linens and towels and bathroom are clean so OK place to crash for a night.

This hotel is OLD, the room was clean but the tub was rusty and the furniture was scratched and dented giving it an old used appearance. The room door didn't shut unless you pushed hard on it and the fridge door didn't shut unless you pulled it out because it hit the cabinet opening it was in. The breakfast was decent but ended at 9am so no chance of sleeping in. The hotel was quiet even though it's on a busy street and there are plenty of restaurants, movie theaters and small shopping areas within walking distance or a short drive. The staff was super friendly and helpful which more than made up for the appearance of the room.

This is one of the few places to stay in the area. It shows there has been weather related damages all over, including the inside of the hotel. The room just gave a dirty vibe to it. Carpet was defintely dirty. The adjoining room door was sealed with expanding foam and the board placed ontop of it was peeling off into our room. Then there was the smell, a combination of bleach and mold.
