Disliked: Amenities
Als wir ankamen wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und es wurde beim Gepäck geholfen. Jedoch muss man sagen das für einen Zimmerpreis von mehr als 200€ nur ein Bett vorhanden ist. Eine Schlafcouch existierte zwar, aber diese war derartig dreckig sodass meine Tochter dort nicht schlafen wollte, einfach viel zu teuer. Am ersten Tag funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und der Raum war total aufgeheizt, was bei ca 40°C Außentemp. auch kein Wunder ist. Es gibt zwar zwei Pools, welche aber ziemlich trüb sind und überall Haare schwammen. Die Unterkunft war alles andere als ausgebucht, sodass dies nicht mit einer besonders hohen Nutzung zusammenhing sondern einfach ein Reinigungsmangel ist. In den Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher und es bleibt echt fraglich für was die 200€ aufgerufen werden. Es wird zwar gefragt wann man Abendessen möchte aber mit der Anwort: "um 18:30 Uhr bitte" ist die Aussage das es erst ab 19:30 Uhr Essen gibt. Bekommen haben wir es dann 20:30Uhr. Das gleiche ist eigentlich beim Frühstück. 08:30 Uhr soll es welches geben aber vor 09:30 Uhr dreht sich kein Rad. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist auch nur empfehlenswert wenn man bei Tageslicht anreist. Alles in Allem kann man das nicht empfehlen, selbst wenn es die Hälfte gekostet hätte!
