“The room was lovely, very clean, as bit on the small side, but for 1 night that wasn't an issue. The bed was very comfortable. Shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and made to order, the staff were very friendly and helpful. “It was a lovely place to stay while in Dorset. It’s an 8 minute drive to the main Weymouth beach promenade. 36 minutes from Durdle Door, 46 minutes from Sherborne Castle. The breakfast is really good and we left with full tummies ready for an adventure. However you do have to share a table with other guests at breakfast. “Lovely little gem of a hotel. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Melaney was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us. The homemade banana bread in the room on arrival was a lovely touch.
