“Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Cleatham Hall. Very pleasant older house with all modern conveniences.”

“We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”

“Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse Peter Finbarr-Smith”

“Fabulous rural location for a peaceful stay. Amazing breakfast Highly recommend ”

“Fiona behind bar/accommodation/waitress!! is sooo lovely and helpful really appreciated all your help, thanks 😊 and the guy behind bar was great too, sorry didn't get his name but thanks for asking if all was good with food and it was great, lovely and calm peaceful part of seaside Yorkshire. Thanks again, Pam Davis.”

“Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path. The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive. The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose. Loved it and would book again if we are in the area.”
