Clean but simple room, we missed some items that are common in 4-star hotels such as slippers, nice bath products and black tea (there was only 2 green tea bags). The breakfast was good. We didn't visit the pool as it was not included in the room.

We have been here before but this time we had bad wifi in the room and bad signal on our phones. We watched vm football finale and tv channel didn’t work very well. Pancakes in the morning was a little dry. Sauna was out of order. They placed Stones by the packing need be very careful not hit your wheels. Rest is fine.

The positive things was the vicinity and breakfast. These were really good. Unfortunatelly regarding the rest, for a 4stars hotel, were youpay a night around 200€- I have to say that we were very desappointed. 1) the staff didn't considered the fact that my husband was desaible, even if you could see it as he walk with a stick. We had a room very faraway from reception with a bath tub but nobody advise. So, we had first to realize it and then came back to the reception and ask for another one. 2) there is super spabut you have to pay extra +book in advance max 2h. For a night of 200€ we found that abit rare. 3) they have a great restaurant but no table are reserve for their guest! So, again you have to know in adcance as no one is advising. And the receptionnist wasn't helping much to find a solution, Her body language was actually terrible even the way how she looked to the desability of my husband. So about eating, the only option is their bar, were half of hotel guests were like us, so you can imaging the waiting time. We then decide despite the storm to go in Bilzen center. It's a pitty for them as they loose benefits because of their low offer. 4) cherry of the cake: the room was clean in apparence put the maintaining was poor: desk lamp didn't work, celling inside wadrobe not finished so noisy, craking walls and last but not least the shower evacuation was fully stuck! So, starting having water all on the bathroomfloor! I had to clean it myself and removed obtruction!

Nette kamers : enkel het doucheraam was niet proper Vriendelijk personeel , wel wat weinig informatie over de gehuurde fietsen Heel lekker uitgebreid ontbijt met oog voor duurzaamheid. In de bar werden we kundig bediend . Door de drukte daar waren weliswaar de tafels niet proper. We vonden het ook jammer dat we niet konden reserveren in het restaurant AKKO, ook al waren er bij passeren nog redelijk wat vrije plaatsen.

Vriendelijk onthaal, grote, nette kamer. Super douche. Ruime parking. Ook laadmogelijkheid elektr voertuigen. Toffe samenhang van de originele rentmeestershoeve met Super moderne aanbouw voor het slaapgedeelte. Héél stile kamer en goed bed. Super uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Gewoon een Super hotel.
