The room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We were able to check in late. They conveniently had a washer and dryer and convenience area where you could buy things like laundry detergent, snacks, and feminine items. The breakfast was very good, it included everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and cheddar bagels with cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, and butter to go along with it. They also had a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings such as glazed walnuts, raisins, and brown sugar. Grits and oatmeal in individual packets were also available. Caption crunch and Frosted Flakes cereal with 2% milk and the Folgers coffee was great. The staff was amicable and made my stay enjoyable.

Everyone at this hotel was so nice, from check in to check out!! I witness another guest being disrespectful to the young man and the front desk when she was checking out and he was so patient and professional. Much nicer than I would have been. The hotel seems older, but has been renovated, so the bathroom is on the smaller side. This wasnt really an issue for us; just something to be aware of. Room was clean and the AC worked great.

I was very satisfied with the the front desk clerk ( Nicole) She was very helpful when we experienced a problem with our small dog. She immediately got us a better location room with a minimum of disruption. She gets 10 stars!!! The room was very clean and the beds were almost as comfortable as my own. There was enough space to maneuver my wife’s sister’s mobility devise around the room. However, one problem I had was that there was not an in-room coffee maker ( to which I am accustomed to have when I travel). So…. I give Spark by Hilton 9 1/2 stars. I will be using them AGAIN !!!
