Weird that my negative review has been made to be changed about 7 times now. This Harrah’s is awful, terrible customer service and the front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. Never going back and I’d suggest avoiding using a third party to book there.

It was my first time staying at a hotel and the staff was really helpful and informative. My stay went well. Will book with them again.

The parking is difficult, no valet will not stay there again, however the staff is excellent

Room was nice and quiet. NO fridge or microwave.

I really liked how its by the beach. the prices are nice for what you get.

Charge $28 for 3pm check in. Daiquiri bar was out of many sizes and several advertised liquor. Hot tub jets mostly didn’t work. No available seating at pool bc each chair required a reservation even though unused. Good part-I did win big on first night in casino. Loved the all night Steak and Shake
