We stayed in the platinum towers our room had the pool view. The view of the pool and lake was breathtaking; the room was large and well decorated. It gave us the vibe of staying in a private resort. I have already sent pictures to family and friends and definitely we visit again. Thank you Hardrock Biloxi for helping to make my Grandson Ryan's birthday special.

Rooms were nice! We had a great view overlooking the pool. Pizza was amazing!!! Pool was clean and VERY refreshing. In our room… the glass walls in the bathroom was unusual… when someone got up in the middle of the night, everyone was woken up from the lights. Crazy the pool bar wasn’t completely stocked the whole time they were open. But it was a GREAT STAY! We Will return!!

Air conditioning sucked it was on 60 but still didn’t feel cool, pool was nice and very clean. The beds were super hard and they never cleaned our room to conserve on energy so we had to bed for towels every day

Listen I book this place for 2 night for my birthday weekend and when I said I would not change a thing I would not. It was absolutely perfect staff was 100%helpful. I forget my id so check in took a bit longer than usual but that was absolutely my fault. From the casino to the to room service breakfast perfect. My husband and I will be rebooking soon the ambiance was everything. It was perfect.

Everything was top tier! The room was spotless. The staff was exemplary,especially the lady from housekeeping that came to clean the room. The casino and all of the restaurants in it were great. Even the security before you walk in the casino and to the rest of the restaurants were kind and friendly. (Shoutout to Rory. They were An amazing staffer for real) the air conditioning was so crisp and cold..absolutely a good end and good way to wake up after spending hot days exploring the area and hitting the beach! I love it here and so do my kids. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommend for you to stay here..if you were looking for a sign of is this where I should come..it’s a yes. We will be back soon!

Rooms were decent. i’ve stayed at the Hard Rock in Florida and this was not as nice as that one, but it is fine if you are only there to gamble. There isn’t much for the kids to do except the pool and the outside food area wasnt open when I was there. The lobby is very small and there isn’t much to see or do unless you go their casino. You can walk to surrounding casinos like Beau Rivage that has a nicer lobby and snack shops etc. Again, it was a clean and decent hotel. I had fun on my visit, I just wish they had more shops and nicer aesthetic for taking pics or spending time in the lobby.
