I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed my stay. This time I noticed that they are letting things go instead of staying on top of them. Water leaked from bottom of toilet, shower head was loose, one lamp didn't work, doors and trim banged up. Breakfast had biscuits but no gravy. (All 5 days) Eggs were rubbery. Juice was watered down. I probably won't stay here again.

Staff was great. Breakfast not as good as other hotels. The carpet in our room needed a deep cleaning. Ice machines had mold on the exterior handles that you push down to release the ice. Pretty disgusting. Property appeared clean but the rooms could use some updating like fresh paint, new baseboards, better lighting, etc.

They keep lots of clean towels in your room which is great, it's also very convenient area for stopping overnight to shop play and continue on the next morning. The only thing is that the lady at front desk needs to be a little more polite and friendly because she mentioned that I didn't look like a happy person when she saw me, probably because I was tired from driving all day, which can make a customer feel uncomfortable so it's best for them to keep personal comments to themselves. Other than that it was great.
