Room was clean. Indian restaurant next door was good. Premier Discount mall was a nice place to walk after a long day of driving.

Cons: The hotel room was outdated and not cleaned properly. Floor was so dirty that my son's gray socks turned black on the bottom of them. Light fixtures were very rusty. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor and a few strands of hair in the tub. Toilet knob was broke. Maintenance did come to fix it; however, when we came back from our outing that evening, the toilet wouldn't flush. Front desk stated Maintenance wasn't there so we was offered to change rooms which was a hassle to move our stuff to another room. Pros: The location of the hotel was great for the events we had planned and close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was free and there were a great variety of breakfast items including ham on Saturday and sausage on Sunday. The workers there were very helpful and professional. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with my son. I will not be staying here again due to the outdated furniture and uncleanness, but for those who don't want to spend a lot of money on quality it isn't unbearable.

Took 20 minutes to get someone to check us in. Then got ambushed with a $100 damage deposit on a 1 night stay. And they want me to wait 7 - 10 days to get my deposit back back. Never had this problem with other hotels. Not to mention an air conditioner that was loud as a truck all night. No quality in the Quality Inn
