The room was clean and roomy. Check in was not good, but the gentleman at the front desk wasn't at fault- he was new and our reservation was not right or something so he had to shuffle things around, but he got us taken care of in about 45 minutes. No coffee on property so had to dress and go to restaurant in the morning. It said mini fridge- there wasn't- said complimentary breakfast in casino- for an additional fee(?)- but casino and restaurant were closed!!! Saturday night people were outside our window cussing and talking loud until about midnight.

Room was comfortable, staff was kind. Amenities were lacking. There was no drinking fountain or any type of water fill station, which I believe should be standard in any hotel. And the coffee station was only ready about half the time when it was supposed to be a 24 seven station.

The property itself was okay, great receptionists, clean room, however, somebody asked me for a smoke off of me inside the property when there was a gas station across the street. I am not sure if they were staying there or visiting someone in the hotel, but it did not leave me a great impression when it comes to safety.

Windows in both rooms broken and could open from outside! Fire alarm in room dismantled. Zero hot water, even at 4 am. WiFi not strong enough to reach our rooms. One heater not working sufficiently. Tip: use a piece of the coat rack to brace windows from being pushed open. Good: nice staff, allowed us to check in an hour early. Room cleanliness was as expected for the price. Sheets worn but clean.

The first night I was there, I was in a room where the air conditioner was broken and pieces of it were laying on the floor. The bed had not been changed from the previous person who slept in it and there was urine on the seat of the toilet. The next few nights I was in a room that had been cleaned and was in better condition. The staff was friendly.

Aircon dont work it worked like a fan , they gave us small electric fun. One of the bed has bugs , the fridge dont work well. But I like that their price is reasonable. We will still go back as customers because the other rooms are fine.

Staff great, hotel needs a little work

Pro: if you’re tired no just passing through for the night (so long as it’s not in the summer), this hotel would be fine. The staff were a little overwhelmed, but they were very friendly, they tried to fix things, they tried their best to help everyone. Cons: air conditioners didn’t work in two rooms. Cleanliness was an issue throughout as well. We left early after one night due to the air conditioner issue and the staff was great about us checking out early.

Good price the restaurant and elevator where down. The website said free breakfast didn't happen because they didn't have one. The king size bed rolled to the middle and squeaked every time you rolled over. Only two pillows and you had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths and they wanted you to return the dirty one's to the front desk who does that.

There was no breakfast available! The restaurant was closed for good! The Pool was closed and looked like a dump. The Casino was closed. The Breakfast, Resturant, Pool and Casino had been closed for awhile, with no opening date scheduled. We had called last spring to make reservations and was told, all the above was open! There was not even an ice bucket in the room. The place is a dump! The staff did a good job with what they had to with!
