I love those hotel it’s always clean with a great breakfast. I love the pool and rooms and beds are clean and nice. Will stay here again as I always do when I travel From Denver. The staff is really nice too

The Hampton Inn in Billings is conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. A great place to stay.

Easy check in/check out process. Staff here is very friendly. Room was nice, there was hair still in the shower and spots in the ceiling above the shower but otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was nice. Breakfast was tasty too.

The jacuzzi and pool were wonderful and the fact that it's open all night 24 hour access is such a plus. It's the only pool and jacuzzi that is open 24 hours at a hotel in Billings, Lockwood or Laurel

This property was decently clean but not up to usual Hampton standards. When you pay this much for a hotel room you expect better. The man in the hazmat suit cleaning the room across the hall was certainly concerning. The carpets are worn and need replaced and/or stretched. The room air was musty and had middle eastern body/food odor. The hot tub was not functional and the coffee was mediocre. Definitely a mid level hotel and not worthy of the usual Hampton name. The staff was extremely friendly.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. Room is clean. Towels are not replaced daily. We had hung up our bath/shower towels so that was not a big deal; we did run out of face wash cloths. I am sure if we had called the front desk, they would have accommodated us immediately.
