Frankly I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating particularly Della, they were cleaning all over the hotel the entire time we were there, and they had fresh ground and brewed coffee and freshly filtered hot/cold/sparkling water.

This facility is maintained at a level you rarely see. It looks brand new but is about three years old. Housekeeping is great. Breakfast was typical, but DelMo nte grapefruit was on the menu. If you want to stay in a cut above the norm facility, the avid in Billings is a winner. And, there is a very good restaurant 200 feet away. Another winner.

This would be a great hotel if they had sound proofed the rooms. We heard the people above us moving around all night long. The next morning, we could hear the baby two doors down crying. My son was in the room next door, blew his nose and I could hear him. He hear us moving around so he knew we were awake. It was awful. I wouldn't stay there again. That being said, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. It's unfortunate.

The hotel was extremely clean. Very nice property. HOWEVER…. The guy who checked us in was awful. He did not greet us at all. Barely said a word. Handed us our key with no instructions. He didn’t tell us about breakfast, wifi of check out. Literally nothing. Come on people, you are in customer service.

Staff was kind, the room was clean and comfortable. The blackout shade with no light gaps was amazing! Breakfast was also good. A full sized luggage trolley would be a plus. We have a baby and had to make two trips to get everything since it was pretty small.
