The tv was on and someone was talking loudly on their phone - I needed an early night as I wasn’t feeling well. That didn’t happen. We stayed in room 8, perfectly clean and comfortable, rooftop view of next-door along with pigeons but that can't be helped, bit of a steep stair climb to top floor, but ok for us, good selection for continental breakfast, perfect location and parking opposite to explore wells, we stayed the 1 night but would stay again if exploring other locations nearby”

“Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

“I really enjoyed my stay at this establishment, everything was just how you would want it. Very helpful staff at check in, lovely room with a seaview, comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast was lovely, as was the lady serving it. I was checked out by one of the owners, who was very friendly and helpful. So I can highly recommend The Two Lifeboats!”
