Hotel was very nice with helpful staff to cater to tour needs. Unfortunately the spa is only open during the winter season which was a shame. Nevertheless overall a brilliant hotel to stay in.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and included a great shower with overhead spray. Location was also great being in the heart of the town.

Everything was very nice. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. A few minor things: you could hear people and doors closing in the hallways quite easily. The kettle in the room wasn’t fully clean on the inside. One of the complimentary toiletries was empty when I opened the box. Overall, it was a fine stay and we had no major issues or complaints.

Güzel bir otel. Biraz trafik sorunu var. Manzarası yok, ama içerisi bol aydınlatmalı ve aynalı. Temiz ve nezih. Duşa kabin konulmuş, keşke olmasa. Normal bir yağmur duş başlığı ve genişlik daha iyi olurdu. Koridor ve merdivenler basık kalmış. Yine de güzel diye bilirim. Personel güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı zayıf kalmış.

Girişten itibaren çok ihtişamlı. Artık otelin kullanım şeklimi yoksa gelen müşterilerin ahlaksızlığımı kendimi +18 bölgesinde hissettim. Bilecik e ilk defa geldim otel yerine bir sürü apart var onlar tercih edilebilirmiş rezervasyona gerek olmadan. Oda kartla çalışıyor o yüzden dışarı çıktığınızda elektirik kesiliyor. Dolapta bozulacak bir eşya konamaz çünkü bozulur. Zaten dolapta çalışır vaziyette vasattı.

Çok teşekkürler

Otel gerek hizmet gerek ilgi olarak gayet yeterliydi. Güler guzlü olmaları bile başlı başına verdigim paraya değer. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendim. Oda çok temiz ve ikramları çok güzeldi. Eğer bir daha Bilecik'e gidersem kesinlikle bu otelde kalırım. Otel çalışanlarına buradan çoook teşekkür ediyorum.

Her karışı ince düşünülmüş mükemmel konforlu

Yüzü aşkın ülke dolaştım. İlk kez bu kadar ince düşünülmüş, konforlu bir otelde kaldım. Odada masaj koltuğu, duşlarda yine masaj yapan fiskiyeler, aynalı tavan mevcut. Otele yapılan masraf ticari olmaktan çok sanki bir hobi olarak düşünülmüş. Otel sahibini ve yönetimini tebrik ediyorum. Otelin kaç yıldızlı olduğunu bilmiyorum ama bence beş yıldızdan yüksek bir konforu var. Tek eksiği şehrin merkezinde, kalabalık bir trafiğin olduğu cadde üzerinde yer alması ve kendine ait bir otoparkının olmaması.
