Checkin rubbish had to phone up and i dont speak soanish. Luckily somebody else dud. Key left in an envelope when i got through the door Cold shower but this was put right once the manager came. I had chosen yo share a bathroom and this was very clean and modern. Shared kitchen was great. Seating outsude was great. Middle of nowhere long way to big supermarket but felt the area was safe

Issues contacting the hotel before arrival, the phone number does not work and the emails sent are ignored. Threatened to cancel the room on the evening of arrival as they claimed they couldnt take the payment from a visa card even though my bank showed no declined transactions. Overall the stay was ok for my colleagues the walls are paper thin and its more of a hostel than a hotel. Just be careful if you have any problems and need to contact the hotel directly. Great location and reasonable food and drink nearby

No A/C - No fan - Just open the windows

I recently stayed at this hoste with my a Parents and sister and while the person in charge was very friendly and attentive, there are some important things to consider before booking. The hostel lacks air conditioning, elevators, fans, and screens on the windows, which can make it uncomfortable during warm weather. If you're from the US and are used to these amenities, you might find it challenging. However, the place was clean, and the self-service and automatic check-in/out system were convenient. It might be suitable for younger travelers or those with no other options. If you're considering staying here, be aware of these limitations. Otherwise, the staff's friendliness and the hostel's cleanliness might make it a good fit for you.

First thing you need to know is that the fifth bed is a cot, and is not suitable for an adult. We took the mattress off and put it on the floor because the slats started coming off as soon as somebody sat on it, and I had ti put it back together. The automatic check in did not work with any of the confirmation codes I had from the reservation, so I had to call for help to get in... the area is not great for pune Condon

Reasonable price and convenient to the airport. Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist.

The check in girl was surly and I’m not surprised as every guest trying to enter had problems. I did not receive entry instructions. It was stressful. On a lesser note. Toilet roll ran out every night . There was constantly urine on and around toilet. The kitchen, which was good , had someone surly ironing in there all day. Not very relaxing

Personne à l’arrivée , ne parle qu’espagnol , aucune information lors de la resa que les toilettes et douche extérieurs à la chambre.
