Terrific location for exploring the Ribera Market, the old town and the modern shopping area. Can walk to the Guggenheim in about 25 mins along the river. Staff were very helpful. Underground public parking available about 150 yds away with a hotel discount. Rooms are well appointed but quite small, but public area is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice hotel in a very central location, with easy walking access to everything. The rooms were very good—somewhat small, but very clean and comfortable. Customer service could use some improvement. The staff was not very friendly, and at times it felt like they were doing guests a favor rather than welcoming them. Breakfast was very good, but the service in the dining room was disappointing. The two waitstaff—a woman and a man—were not attentive. Tables were left dirty and were not being cleaned while they stood talking. Gabriel, however, was excellent. As soon as a guest left the dining room, he would immediately go clean the table. He was hardworking and attentive, and he made a big difference in the breakfast experience.
