Very good food, friendly staff and an easy walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Bilbao-Abando train station. Very close to many great restaurants, Plaza Nueva, and about a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Fantastic hotel.

Stricking design, may not be for all tastes (good fit for mine). Amazing restaurant on site (well ahead reservations a must for lunch and dinner), nice bar. Rooms on the smaller side (unless you book a junior suite or a room denominated "extra") but very comfortable. Right at the edge of the historical quarter, and short walking distance from the modern downtown where all the upscales shops and also great restaurants are. But most important, staff ois great!

What a Gem

Staff was extremely friendly and gave us instructions and directions to everything we needed. What town was clean and beautiful, they even had a Michelin star restaurant attached to it. I would highly recommend.
