With the restoration they blended the modern with the old, allowing the original concrete skeleton to shine through in the best possible way. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.Food was spectacular at Ola. Close to the old city and on the river. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, in a good location. Then the food was fab, but the restaurant service was not so good; new staff struggled with the menu, all very disjointed

Great location for old part of town and nice walk by the water to the Guggenheim. Wonderful staff. Hotel room and bathroom quite small but comfortable. The style of cement and beams everywhere and dark lighting not that attractive.

This boutique hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The bed was ultra comfortable and everything was very clean and easy to access. We were on the river side which was worth the upgrade. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in a perfect location. The room was spacious and modern with the best bathroom I've seen in a European hotel. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. There is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel which we did not use but would have if we had stayed longer. The hotel is conveniently located on the fringes of Old Town and also nearby a light rail stop that can get you to the Guggenheim quickly and easily. If you are driving, there is an Indigo parking garage a 10 minute walk from the hotel where you can get a 10% discount.

Our room, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for exploring Bilboa. The wi-fi worked well and the A/C was a wonderful amenity considering the hot weather. The king bed was quite comfortable with pillows of equal quality. We would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was delicious, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a great shower. The location also can’t be beat, right in the old town with so many delicious places to eat. My one complaint is that our window shade was broken so we couldn’t keep the room dark in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful room in a great location, very friendly staff. We unknowingly booked during aste nagusia which is the biggest week of the year in the city. There were parties all night long but the noise did not keep us awake at all. The hotel even left us with the blue scarfs that the locals wear during the festival days. It was an exciting surprise to our trip. The bed was extremely comfortable, great air conditioning (hard to come by in Europe), wonderful shower. Everything was wonderful at this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. The waiting staff very friendly and helpful. The decor was edgy. The slight issue was lack of drawer and hanging space for 2 people in room. Door stop on tge floor near the wardrobe was stood on a few times . Big concrete pillar in front of the shower. No wear to put your makeup etc nxt to the sink.
