This was our first time in Bilboa and we wanted to be close to the Guggenheim museum so this location was wonderful as we could also walk to other sites and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the air conditioning worked very well, and our only criticism is that the breakfast is too expensive, both for the buffet and the lesser "continental" version. All in all we would recommend the hotel.

The staff was very warm and friendly and spoke good English. Without my asking, they gave me a little booklet on a special festival happening that weekend, and when and where the events were happening including fireworks. I did not have a chance to have breakfast there due to early plane flight, but they offered to prepare a breakfast early the next morning for me--which was thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, with good lighting for reading.

Great little hotel opposite the Guggenheim and on the river front with an easy walk along the river to the old town. Nice clean room, water and hot drinks provided, comfortable beds. Honesty bar / lounge area in the lobby. Ideal place to stay for a city break.

The Hotel has good facilities and a great Location. The only but may be the price which is a little bit high in comparisson with similar hotels. I reccomend power sockets near the bed and changing old USB Outlets for new USB -C Outlets.
