Great Central location in the new town area. near many bars and restaurants. The small rooftop bar at the hotel has a view on the city. The metro is very close by. All staff were helpful but busy. Reception gives each guest a lot of time. At busy times there can be a small queue.

The staff was very helpful and most spoke English. Breakfast was good, bar was excellent, dinner was excellent. The room was clean and about the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the shower, which seems insignificant, but water leaked into the bathroom from every shower, which was annoying.

We had good rooms on the first floor that were quiet and spacious and well-equipped. The rooftop bar was a great place to meet and relax. The hotel was in a good position for exploring the city. The breakfasts were good and the staff were very helpful.

The rooms are quite nice, they have a really nice terrace and the location is just right around all the shops and restaurants. The only bad thing I can say is the shower head was a little outdated.
