The Starlight is a real blast from the past, with the kind of hospitality to match. The room was super clean and well cared for, and the couple who own the motel are incredibly friendly and personable. Just a great old-school motel experience. Definitely recommend!

Hello, my partner and I stayed at this property after visiting big pine hiking. It took us about 10 mins to get there. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Check in was quick and the room was perfect for one night. We had a king size bed and the room was perfectly clean, had AC, it was so comfortable and our truck was parked right outside. I was very happy for the price, convenient location, and quietness.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was engaging and helpful. We received a nice little basket of snacks and bottled water at check-in. Our group was enjoying the outdoor patio area in the evening, and the proprietor came out and offered us refreshments. Check in and check out were both exceptionally efficient.

We had such a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The room itself was beautiful and very clean, which we really appreciated. We had amazing view of the mountains, which made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed our night here and would definitely stay again!

Very clean room except for the floor was a little dirty. I spilt water and went to clean it up and the napkin was very dirty. Bathroom was immaculate. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Quiet. Manager was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again. Ice maker machine works but needs some repairs.
