Such a cute place! Staff was great….. lots of charm….. price was great and location was great too. Only thing this place doesn’t have AC but they do give a fan to plug in as well as a heater when it’s cold but other than that it was fine. We look forward to coming back.

The room was clean, staff was really helpful and attentive. Parking is limited near our chalet. The kitchen had all that we needed. The fridge was newer than other places. The only thing that didn't work in our chalet was the oven. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit small since we stayed in a studio. I'd recommend this place because it's near big bear lake.

Modernized environment with relaxing areas to hang out at like a yoga area and fire pits to warm up together at. Room was spacious and clean, had warm lighting and designs. Loved the artwork! Bathing and toilet area was a bit cramped but I loved their soaps, shampoo and conditioner! I will stay there again.
