1. Cabin Quality & Comfort The cabin is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, the layout is efficient and includes everything you need—including a comfortable living area. Towels and essentials are well-stocked, which makes the stay easy and convenient. 2. Service & Experience The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The entire process—from logging in to check-in and check-out—is smooth and hassle-free, which adds a lot to the overall positive experience. 3. Minor Drawback The only downside is that the water heater can be quite noisy. Aside from that, everything else about the stay is excellent.

The bed in the main room I don't know if it was broken or the mattress is very old because it is very sunken, the windows are not possible to open and one came in too cold where the bunk bed is placed the bathroom, it was not completely clean !!

Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours. There were cleanliness and maintenance issues as well. The heater didn’t work, and there were used towels from previous guests left in the shower, which made us question how well the unit was cleaned. At checkout, I requested a 30-minute extension since my pregnant wife needed a bit more rest, but there was no response and we had to leave on time. Overall, not a good experience. Lower price or not, basic customer service, communication, and cleanliness should not be compromised.
